I had a Standard Double Suite and it was pretty comfy. Lots of space, very clean, and the beds were actually nice this time. Air con was decent, but could've been cooler. The room had a mini fridge, which was handy, but it had extra charges that I wasn't thrilled about. The separate living area was nice too! Only thing was, the TV channels weren't great, could use more English options.

We had a junior suite, it was spacious, clean and made our time comfortable. Kids loved the mini disco and the staff were engaged and great with them! Those balloon-making moments were legit.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was fair for what we received.

The staff were super friendly and oh-so-helpful! The outside area had a beautifully landscaped pool with comfy sun loungers—perfect for soaking up the sun after a night of tossing and turning due to thin walls.
The food could sometimes be as lukewarm as my enthusiasm for a dull evening show. And I've had quieter nights in a rock concert, darling!

It was just an appropriate option for a flash visit in Santa Susanna with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff in the restaurant were super friendly, especially the one who engaged with my kids, making meals enjoyable. Bring your own snacks since they don’t provide any in the rooms.
